🤗 A propos de Karmen

Founded in January 2021 by three entrepreneurs, backed by the best French VC and Business Angels, Karmen is reinventing the credit process for B2B subscriptions companies. We are offering a non-dilutive financing solution to our clients based on their subscription metrics (Revenue-based financing).

Following our fundraising, we are recruiting 5 people in 2021. Joining Karmen is joining an ambitious Fintech at the beginning where everything remains to be done, together 🚀

⚡️ Wanted Profile

• You have a good sense of engineering fundamentals and are passionate about building high-quality software. We believe people should love doing the work they do.
• You are experienced with web backends, front-end and databases, or ETL pipelines. We want you to uphold our high engineering standards and improve code quality, infrastructure stability, and streamline processes.
• You take end-to-end ownership of your work and are comfortable making code changes across the stack when needed
• You can collaborate with non-engineering stakeholders to unblock yourself and make sure you're building the right thing.
• You put users first and empathize with how they'll use Karmen. Your work reflects this.
• You're interested in finance and helping companies unlock new, more sustainable sources of capital.

🎭 Role

• You'll work closely with the CTO to build the foundations of the Karmen tech platform.
• You will be a key part of the tech team, architecture the Karmen backend and data pipelines and developing our platform. Our ambition is for you to become tech lead of our first dev team.
• Developing such a financial application is complex and will require special attention to stability and security.
• As an early team member, you will take part in building our engineering culture and structuring the tech team.
